How do you download brushes? Never done it before, and this one kicks some ass... Help?

Theres a Download button on the left side near 'Share this/Blog it'
it will be an ABR file, just drop that in your C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 7.0/Presets/Brushes/Photoshop Only/ folder
(or wherever your photoshop folder is, just navigate to the presets, brushes, ps-only area.

Then in Photoshop, in the brushes box, click the little arrow in the top right, go to Load Brushes, find it, and load her up! (or do it in the same area theres a ';Preset Manager' you can choose which brushes to use and keep from many different packs, or reload your old ones!
